Elevate Your Clinical Practice with Nutrigenomics

Almost every health disorder is accompanied by inflammation. The Inflammation and Antioxidant module reviews genes connected to superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione, nitric oxide, and inflammatory pathways for vision.

We show you how certain genetic variants affect the sensitivity to certain toxins to help determine potential weak spots for inflammation in the breast, prostate, colon, bladder, esophagus, skin, eyes, gut, and brain. Once you know where these weak spots reside, you can turn the weaknesses into strengths for your patients through the epigenetic strategies outlined for each gene.

“Nutrition Genome has been a game changer in my personal and professional life. As a doctor who consults on very complicated and often life threatening situations working in oncology, knowing how someone will respond to any given treatment, what diet may be best genetically matched to them and insight into what a person’s strengths and weaknesses are in order to harness that knowledge and apply it clinically, has saved many a life.

I am grateful for the well-vetted and characterized SNPs that Nutrition Genome evaluates and the vast amount of references backing their findings. They offer many actionable pieces of data that can be grasped and implemented by both the physician and the patient. They continue to expand their offerings from education to addition of more SNPs that are clinically relevant leading to better patient outcomes.”
